Certified Wound Care Program
The GreenFields is proud to offer one of the area’s only certified wound care programs. Led by a team of experts, including credentialed wound care nurses, physicians, podiatrists, registered dietitians and physical and occupational therapists, our program is designed for those managing wounds, ulcers or chronic sores. Wound management care is available for residents in our skilled nursing facility, as well as for subacute rehabilitation patients.
We recognize that wound management requires intensive therapy using evidence-based practices. Our team receives specialized wound management training and has expertise in managing complex cases including those caused by diabetes and vascular disease.

Aftercare and Outpatient Wellness Program
