GreenField Manor, the residential living facility part of The GreenFields Continuing Care Community in Lancaster, New York, is updating its apartment homes for active seniors.
GreenField Manor is comprised of 92 one- and two-bedroom independent living apartments, which will be remodeled as they become available. Upgrades to the apartments include new cabinets in the kitchens and bathrooms, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including refrigerators, ranges, range hoods and dishwashers, new lighting fixtures and new hardware.
The newly remodeled apartments will be available in a variety of floor plan options, including balconies, patio and fireplaces. The services and benefits of living at GreenField Manor are all included in a simple monthly payment.
