Congratulations to Kayla Collins our GreenField Terrace Employee of the Month! Kayla is a Care Partner and has worked at the Terrace for approximately 1 year. She has proven herself to be a valuable member of the team! Kayla is very patient and kind. We have received multiple compliments from family members about her approach with residents, positive attitude and overall good nature. Our employee of the month for GreenField Health & Rehabilitation Center is Diogen Gatiera! Diogen has been with us for 3 years as a C.N.A. and is also a mentor for new staff. She always goes above and beyond for her residents but also her other co-workers. Diogen is always willing to step in and help out. She cares for all of her residents and is extremely patient with them. She is always upbeat and has a smile on her face! Congratulations Diogen!
Congratulations to Ken Eiss our GreenField Manor/Court Employee of the Month! Ken has been a cook at The GreenFields for nearly 14 years. Ken works primarily in the Court and he is always going above and beyond. He takes the extra time to make sure our residents are getting what they want and loves to make food from scratch. Ken often comes up with new ideas and ways to better serve our residents, and he does whatever he can to make things easier for our dining staff. Thank you, Ken for being such a loyal employee and caring about our residents!
