Congratulations to Mike Arena our GreenField Manor/Court Employee of the Month! Mike has been with The GreenFields since July 2016, and was promoted to Executive Chef in October 2018. Since then, Mike has done a remarkable job in his position, maintaining a strong and loyal staff, as well as enhancing our residents‘ dining experience. Mike loves to spend time outdoors, particularly walking at the Reinstein Nature Preserve. Thank you, Mike for all you do!
Congratulations to Marlene Jung our GreenField Terrace Employee of the Month! Marlene was recently recognized for 5 years at GreenField Terrace. Marlene comes to work with a positive attitude and a pleasant disposition. She has been flexible with her schedule to accommodate the needs of our facility. Her assignments may change from day to day, but she goes with the flow and doesn‘t complain. Marlene has a good rapport with our residents and can sometimes get a resident to do something that others have had difficulty. Marlene tries to engage residents in activities and can often be found playing along with them. Marlene, we appreciate your commitment to our organization!
Congratulations to Valerie Turner our GreenField Terrace Employee of the Month! Val goes above and beyond when on duty. She always finds something to do to keep herself busy and her work is completed to the highest standards. We often have residents tell us how wonderful she is. She treats all of her residents according to our company values. Val doesn‘t use the word “no” when asked to do something, and she does it with a smile on her face. Val is an excellent role model for our new employees. We often have her spend time orienting our newer employees. We appreciate everything Val does for our residents at GreenField Terrace.
