Our GreenField Health & Rehabilitation Center employee of the month is Carmen Morrison. Carmen joined our team in December of last year as one of our Laundry Assistants. He always comes to work with a positive attitude. He is a true team player and is always helping others when needed. He also helps and picks up extra shifts when a need arises. Congratulations to Donna Brooks our GreenField Terrace Employee of the Month! Donna is a Care Partner who started at GreenField Terrace in March of 2014. Donna recently assisted a new resident who was having difficulty acclimating to her new home and was successful in getting the resident to respond, mainly due to the great way she interacts with our residents! Donna is dependable and always arrives to work early. Donna cares about our residents, and knows little ways to get our residents to do things and maintains a routine. This is extremely helpful when dealing with memory care residents! Thank you, Donna, for all you do!
Congratulations to Gabrielle Licata our GreenField Manor/Court Employee of the Month! Gabby has been working in the Dining Services department at The GreenFields for 2½ years. She is a hard worker whose residents are her number one priority; which is why she is a Wait Staff Trainer! Gabby is always willing to pick up an extra shift and is a great team player.
