Our employee of the Month, Susan Westgate, is an LPN/Team Leader at GreenField Health & Rehabilitation Center. She is the type of person who will lead by example. Susan steps up and helps out whenever she is asked. She will even check to see where she is needed and will gladly float to another unit. She has an enthusiastic attitude when training new nurses and does a great job of it. She is a real team player who thinks of others before herself, and will do anything asked of her.
