Carole Francis has been named administrator of the Niagara Lutheran Home & Rehabilitation Center in Buffalo, New York. Providing skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services, The Niagara Lutheran Home & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Western New York seniors for over 50 years.
Francis, an employee of the Niagara Lutheran Health System for 14 years, served as the organization’s controller, director of human resources and assistant administrator. She received her administrator’s license in May of 2010 and served as administrator of Fox Run Orchard Park for the last year. As administrator of the Niagara Lutheran Home & Rehabilitation Center, Francis will oversee all functions of the facility.
A graduate of Buffalo State College, Francis received her MBA from the SUNY at Buffalo.
