For a person living with Alzheimer’s and/or dementia, the world is a confusing, sometimes frightening, place. He or she may experience loss of memory, trouble finding words, general disorientation, and difficulty making judgments. But at GreenField Terrace on Broadway in Lancaster, we understand the challenges and we’re prepared to help. Here, we offer assisted living for those with memory impairment issues as well as those in need of more enhanced care.
GreenField Terrace is comprised of four houses surrounding an enclosed courtyard, allowing residents to enjoy the outdoors without risk of wandering. Three of the buildings offer memory care assisted living for those with dementia. The fourth house offers a more enhanced level of assisted living for those whose needs fall between traditional assisted living and skilled nursing.
Residents receive medical supervision, specialized programs and activities, and emotional and spiritual support services. Amenities include delicious home-cooked meals, a living room with a fireplace and library, a private sitting area, a beauty salon and barber shop, and safe outdoor patios and gazebos. Our nurses are on-site 24 hours a day and our Care Partners provide any other assistance or care services the residents may need.
GreenField Terrace residents receive priority access to all levels of care offered on The GreenFields campus, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, and respite care. No matter what our residents need, our focus is always providing dedicated, personalized service that prioritizes the individual’s overall wellness.
