Navigating Alzheimer’s or dementia can involve many twists and turns. But no matter where you are in your journey, there are people eager to offer crucial resources and help you move forward with confidence.
At The GreenFields, we are pleased to announce our team has partnered with the Alzheimer’s Association to hold three separate educational events that will provide attendees with useful tips and practical knowledge related to Alzheimer’s and dementia. Each event will focus on a different topic, ranging from identifying warning signs, to handling difficult conversations, to living healthier with strategies that incorporate diet, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement.
All events will be held at 5953 Broadway, Lancaster, NY 14086, in GreenField Manor’s Chapel and Auditorium. Below are summaries and dates for each of the programs offered at GreenField Manor.
