Employees of the Month: Carl Snaith, Paulette Roy, and Audry Greiner
Our GreenField Health & Rehabilitation Center (GHRC) employee of the month is Carl Snaith. Carl is a Housekeeper at GHRC and has been an employee of Niagara Lutheran for nearly 19 years! Carl always helps whenever needed whether it’s as a housekeeper, janitor, maintenance, or any other task. Carl is very compassionate, kind, and always goes above and beyond; he was recently recognized by a resident for finding her a recliner and fan in the middle of the night when she was uncomfortable. We are so thankful to have you, Carl! Congratulations!
Congratulations to Paulette Roy our GreenField Terrace Employee of the Month! Paulette Roy has been a valued employee of the Terrace for the last 5 years. She came out of retirement to work for us and does a great job! Paulette has a way with the residents that can put a smile on their faces each day she comes to work. Several months ago, Paulette graciously took on the role of helping our PA on doctor day! Families have even commented on what a nice job she does. We thank you, Paulette for all of your hard work and going the extra mile.
Congratulations to Audry Greiner our GreenField Manor/Court Employee of the Month! Audry Greiner started off her career at The GreenFields in 2010 as part of the wait staff, and then soon transitioned to become an RSA. Audry is truly dedicated to our residents and ensures they receive the care they deserve. She is constantly on the move and you will very rarely see her sitting down. Audry is a team player and will fill in when needed, even working the night shift! Both the residents and the staff at The GreenFields truly appreciate all she does. The Employee of the Month award is very well-deserved!
