On Friday, August 12, all new residents at GreenField Manor, our residential living apartments, and GreenField Court, our assisted living apartments, were encouraged to attend a root beer float social. While they enjoyed their floats, they were introduced to other longer-term residents at The GreenFields. We want all of our residents to feel comfortable in their transition to a new home, and meeting their neighbors can make that transition a little easier.
Many new connections were made through a shared hometown or hobby (and a love of a good root beer float!) At The GreenFields, residents are welcome to spend as much time as they would like pursuing theses hobbies and things that they enjoy. We provide many events and activities for them to attend, if they choose to, including but not limited to concerts, card games, crafts, worship services, movies, and happy hours.
