2019 Employees of the Year

Votes were cast, ballots were counted, and our Employees of the Year have been announced! We want to thank all of our employees for their continued hard work and dedication, and a special congratulations to those who won and were nominated for Employee of the Month. All winners will be honored at the 43rd Annual Leading Age Banquet at Samuel’s Grande Manor, which has tentatively been rescheduled for September! Each of our monthly candidates were truly deserving of the Employee of the Month title — But here are our winners for Employee of the Year!

GreenField Health & Rehabilitation Center’s Employee of the Year is Lawrence (Trey) Jones, Desk Nurse. Trey is always picking up extra time to help his coworkers out. He goes above and beyond constantly helping with patient care, assisting the supervisors and desk nurses with orders, and independently holding in-services to direct care staff. Thank you for all of your help! Congratulations Trey!

GreenField Court/Manor’s Employee of the Year is Pawtakaw Kyaing, RSA. Originally from Thailand, Pawtakaw, who everyone knows as Paw, is one of the Court’s most valuable RSA’s! Her high spirit, good attitude, and friendly personality can be seen everywhere she goes. Paw is a team player and willing to help out everyone. You can find Paw mostly working second shift, but she also picks up during the day. Thank you for everything that you do, Paw!

GreenField Terrace’s Employee of the Year is Keshia Swanson, Care Partner. Keshia is a Care Partner who primarily works 3-11, however you might see her on the 7-3 shift as well. Keshia is seen more at the Terrace than at home most days. She is adaptable to all environments and works hard no matter the house she is in. Our residents love her and look forward to seeing her smiling face. Keshia takes pride in ensuring our residents are well taken care of. Her co-workers enjoy working with Keshia and know she’s a no nonsense kind of person! We thank you Keshia for all of your hard work, dedication, patience and enthusiasm. Congratulations!
