GreenField Manor recently introduced the first phase of its beautifully remodeled apartments for active seniors. These homes are perfect for retirees who seek to remain independent while reducing the work that comes from home maintenance.
All of GreenField Manor’s 92 one- and two-bedroom apartments are being remodeled as they become available. Upgrades to the new apartments include new cabinets in the kitchens and bathrooms; quartz countertops; stainless steel appliances, including refrigerators, ranges, range hoods, and dishwashers; new lighting fixtures; and new hardware.
The remodeled apartments are available in a variety of floor plan options that also feature balconies, patios, and fireplaces. Chef-prepared meals, social activities, emergency call system, weekly housekeeping, and scheduled transportation are included in a simple monthly payment, and there is no entrance fee.
GreenField Court offers residents affordable, quality assisted living apartments with studio, one- or two-bedroom options. There is 24-hour daily living assistance and residents have their own kitchenette and weekly housekeeping and laundry services.
We want our residents to live their life with the freedom, privacy and companionship that they deserve- with the added peace of mind provided through assistance with daily activities. This is all done by caring staff on duty around the clock when you need it.
GreenField Terrace offers household –style enhanced assisted living for those whose needs are between traditional assisted living and skilled nursing. It also offers memory care for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia, who require specially-trained care and facilities designed with their needs in mind. GreenField Terrace consists of four houses surrounding an enclosed courtyard, allowing residents to enjoy the outdoors without risk or wandering.
